A deep medium ruby, the'08 Envy Petite Sirah 'Nord Vineyard' shows a highly aromatic nose of briary dark berry, white pepper and smoky minerality. Then comes lush mouth-filling black dark fruit and spicy oak flavors. Finishes with dry tannins and nuances of menthol and savory herbs.
