I loved this wine, but it’s not for the meek. This wine is very different. It is complex with a large number of flavors. The palette opens with an oxidized Jura-wine flavor from the Malvasia, then moves to a tangy citrus, and finishes with an intense salinity. A symphony of flavors but a wine for wine geeks, and likely not going to be a hit to those who have only tasted far less intense wines. Perfect for fish, especially Lavraki.
