i expected much more from this bottle. i am huge fan of Envinate’s work, but though this was pleasant, it didn’t warrant its price tag.

I’m a huge fan of maritime climate wines. Lots of salty breezy air here. Nice acids. All in all a great bottle of wine

2020 fall. This had that intense, savory minerality - it’s really remarkable - that I love in the best Envinate whites

Salty, baked lemon, plenty of malic notes. Volcanic soil and concentration give this plenty of energy in the glass.

Salty saline-y goodness. The ideal white.

Amazing nose with peach pit and salty-limestone character. Nice minerality and acidity on the palette. Medium to light bodied. Not much on the finish. Nice drinking wine. Still young but drinking well right now.
