결론부터 말하자. 첫맛은 실망스러웠다. 우선 너무 차게 보관했던 것 같다. 당연히 시고 떫은 맛이 강했지만, 그러나 콜크를 열어놓은지가 한시간이 넘어 충분히 열렸다고 생각했는데 아니었다. 하지만 3시간정도가 경과한후, 또 한번의 후회를 했다. 이 노회한 와인은 그때부터 열리고 있었던 것...
