Sunday Roast and Sherry!! Para de Gallina from Lusatu is full bodied and rich with chestnut and apricot.

Tasty stuff. Silky, salty, and satisfying. And 500ml is a perfect size. Love this stuff!

My least favorite of the Sherry flight. Surprisingly thin bodied and almost sour, I preferred the more aged sherry
