This wine is amazing. Bulfon only works with rare indigenous varieties from Friuli. Profile similar to a Campanian white but leaner. Stunning

Savory, mineral, a little toasted coconut and marzipan. Phenolic. Flavors are subdued but pleasant.

Bright pale straw yellow.
Scent of green plum, grapefruit, chalk or minerals, apple, star fruit, hint of green as herb, mint, juicy fruit of peach and pear, clear and light note.
Soft sweetness, fresh acid, smooth bitterness, with hint of green plum and minerals.

Pretty cool wine. Some nice body and real ripe sweet fruits.
