Elk Cove’s sparkling isn’t produced every year, but when it is it’s a stunning sparkler! This vintage doesn’t disappoint. Lovely mousse, strawberries on the nose and delicate toast and berries with lychee in the palate. It is simply delicious. Glad I have another!
