Peppery nose, with floral and tobacco notes. The peppery Carmenere is most immediately noticeable on the palette, followed up serenely by luscious Malbec fruit. Succulent cherry and smoked meat notes fill the mouth and linger a very long time. Nice vanilla accent from the oak profile too adds a touch of sweetness that is particularly nice as it slides up beside the smoked meat character. Yum!!
