Love the nose...great funky, olive-y, bloody meaty syrah. Would not be out of place in a Cayuse lineup! Palate is a little thin, but shows great secondary and tertiary notes. Espresso, black olives, smooth tannins. Actually needed some air, seemed kind of disjointed upon opening, but really came together with an hour of air.
