1st,丰收后秋天的土地，干草、干牛粪、泥土(与上次2011 Hermitage La Petite Chapelle开瓶初闻非常类似）稍微放开后，鼻子上有干番茄、烟草、香辛料偏向黑胡椒；入口干，明显有西拉特有的甜美感，单宁柔顺，口中有红色水果，口中的的黑胡椒+圣女果干的搭配感觉很美味；还有一点点可可粉的余味。
开瓶后放冰箱三次喝完，1st day, fine; 2nd even better; 4th day, its fine, but loose some fruity & coco. End up with some foolish acidity instead of chocolate

love this producer. Maturing wine and well balanced that hits you with black olive, savory herb, rosemary, bacon, smoke, and cured meats, and lavender and minerality, blackberry, black cherry, and raspberry. Great depth and supple finish. medium plus viscosity, medium plus alcohol, and medium plus body, and medium plus yet smooth tannins. paired well with my medium rare London Broil and fried plantains ( tostones ). Imaging this wine with a few more years...but still!, ...this wine region!
