Mendoza Bonarda

Once you let it breathe a bit, really smooth and a lovely under $15 wine. Subtle fruit undertones but not too much.

Not bad

First time trying this grape varietal. Needs time to open up to let fruit flavors through. Still pretty tannic. We probably didn’t pair it well with our grilled pork. Better with beef or spice I think.

Balanced

Dark fruits, beautiful flavor.
