Pear on the nose, medium weight, lightly sweet, mild tangy, flavors of grapefruit early in the bottle - evolving to green Apple 45 minute - 1 hour after decanting. Moves to a Subtle fatty mouth feel. (Paired w/ cheese tortellini w/ chicken mushroom Alfredo, fried eggplant & garlic bread). We like this white Burgundy style wine.
