Very lightly colored with gold hue. Lemon nose, minerals, citrus fruit, green apples, it’s fresh and rocky. On the palate, there is depth and weight on lime and green apples flavors, touch of spices, acidity that balances the residual sugar. Nice intense and long finish. A type of Riesling I especially like, same for the producer ! Excellent (91)
Made of 100% Riesling from a vineyard on a slate soil. Fermentation and ageing in stainless tanks and large oak vats. Alcohol level of 12,5% #dansmonverre
