Candied lime zest, sweet tart, lime blossoms, crisp green apple, crushed chalk and lemon verbena. High toned, crisp, lean and quite refreshing

Baller wine. Some hints of kerosene and sulphur that make way for notes of slate, wet stones, lemons, white peach and slight honey. Still feels very youthful, has some faint sweetness with plenty of acid driving things for balance. Great concentration and length here too.

Fire 🔥 🔥🔥. Effusive and high-toned nose, leaps out at you. Candied lime zest, candied green apple, ginger, sweet tart, candied lime blossoms, slate. Zippy, spiney acid with nice tension, chalky texture

Med yellow color. Beautiful citrus, pineapple, honeysuckle, hint of toasted coconut flavor. The nose is very intensely floral and focused. High viscosity, piercing acidity which I like a lot, really nice grapefruit and orange peel on the palate. Personally I love this more than the JJP Graacher Himmelreich last week because of the higher acidity and lushness. 9.5% alc. 2015 vintage

Lemon pith, pink grapefruit, apricot, crunchy minerals, notable but very balanced R/S due too the deliciously high extracted acidity.

Concentrated and stony with primary aromas and youthfully unevolved flavors, framed by racy acidity. Almost chewy texture and a crunchy finish. Best from 2020. Amazing value; back up the truck!

2015. Paired with our Thanksgiving dinner and went great with the turkey and sausage dressing. (A little leftover of the funky, cidery, Croci Lubigo was a great match for orange-balsamic glazed Brussels sprouts and Ras-El-Hanout carrots).
