Lily's Pet Nat Anderson Valley Sparkling Chardonnay

a bit one dimensional.

I've been waiting to get my hands on this and I finally found a bottle in NYC. It was well worth the wait. Bright and fruity yet elegant and restrained. Just the right amount of fizz and yeast —and super well balanced. Pet Nat is slowly catching on and I can't wait for the next bottle.

Outstanding. Bright to the point of being tart or sour. Fun wine that was awesome with oysters and fried chicken.
