Pet Nat and rotisserie Cuban style pork shoulder? Yes please! Great green apple, some extra body from the Roussanne, a touch of RS. Prefect.

Interesting stuff. Quite delicious, fruit-forward, and fun. Would have loved to buy it for $33...

Pet Nat, and just a little unbalanced on the sweeter end of the spectrum. A little more acidity and this would be really interesting.

Pet Nat bubbles. The touch of RS was perfectly complemented by the acidity. It was clean and refreshing and everything I wanted it to be. Perfect with oysters and ham and cheese biscuits.

Pretty and creamy initially, with a quite a mouthfeel. Plenty going on in this wine...

One of the best CA sparklers. Group much preferred over All of the French Champagnes we opened.
