Full of limestone, crushed rocks and minerals. Lime, orange oil, ripe apple and pear, hint of pineapple and mango. Definitely some usage of oak, but neutral and pleasant. Trace of RS, but still considered as dry. Nice acidity and long finish. 13% abv

Surprised this didn't receive higher critical reviews because it was stunning. Almost more surprised I didn't hear Brian Wilson serenading me as I downed this. Tropical starburst, tangerine, toasted marshmallow, coconut, sun tan lotion, sea salt, ginger, and dry enough to call refreshing.

Dry organic Alsace white. Straw colour and only lightly fragrant. Clean and lightly tangy taste with hints of honey and orange - very quaffable and belies its 13% strength. Very good value.
