Very cool ancient varietal, Limniona. A delicate wine with dark fruit, dried flowers & herb aromas. Plum, anise, earthiness and a slight salinity.

Gassy, cloudy and volatile but certainly the first Limniona I've ever tasted. Washed down our food nicely.

Astringent and tannic but not interesting. Needs 2 hours to breathe. Nice nose but flavor is off.
