Very covered fruit in bouquet and in flavor... Like a rich mezzo-soprano vs alto timbre. Strong overtones of leather in taste. Somewhat thin overall however, lacking other complexity and linger. Still, very nice accompaniment for foodsthat will not require a strong companion
