Yeah I’m a slut for Alsatian wine but I’ve never even heard of this grape. Super funky cheesy when it opened, I wish the body stood up a little more in the finish but after some research it makes sense. Had this with a pizza Bianca porchetta and some Calabrian chilis and yum yum yum
