Les Meix Chavaux Meursault Chardonnay

Lemon peel, crushed nuts, and gun flint, layered over sour lemon and grapefruit. Unusually Chablis-like.

Wet year gone right

Ripe, rich and mouth coating, but with really nice tension and balance.

Would have thought it was much younger as it was so fresh. Great balance, clarity and potential. Save it.

Nice richness of fruit, but retaining good energy too. Beautiful white floral.

2006. Great for the vintage. Low acid. Fennel note.
