Raiding the wine cooler at my parent's house. Many bottles we've gifted them over the years sit patiently, as they barely drink wine anymore... 🤷🏻♂️
A little tired, but still showing good fruit, no idea how long this has been waiting for today... Maybe 10Y? Tartrates on the bottom of the cork...

Bought this randomly based on it being the only sparkling rosé from Jura at the shop. And it didn't disappoint. Accompanied an evening of catching up with a good friend perfectly. The bottle was empty before we knew it.

NV,,, Domaine Rolet, Cremant Du Jura, Brut Rose. Chardonnay, Poulsard and Trossea. Tart wild strawberries, wet rock and bubbles. Gorgeous copper color with lots of acidity. Great patio wine.
