Peu bavard à l'ouverture au nez.... et en bouche bien tannique, astringeant, severe. Le 2/3 de la bouteille a passé 24 heures à l'air frais. Le lendemain, beaucoup plus souple, fruits noirs, longueur ok. Si j'adore Chevillon à l'habitude cette bouteille m'a semblé pas prête et/ou loin de ses standards habituels.
