This might be my favorite wine of the weekend. Another amazing suggestion from @Brett Zimmerman. The nose is so expressive. Honeyed floral notes and the body of the body is wonderful. Nice weight to the wine. Crisp chalky minerality. Apple. Absolutely delicious. If you don't drink white burgundies, you should. Just sayin. 2012 vintage

I loved this wine!! It would be my house white - if only Vincent would export it. He only sells this to restaurants. I went to visit him and came away empty-handed because of no shipping. C'est dommage!

Nicely done. Crisp mineralality. Paired with a warm vegetable terrine.
