Straw gold with just a hint if diesel/petrol fragrance found in Riesling; white flower, honeyed aromas. Aligote planted in 1911, this is the real deal for vieilles vignes! An amazing wine with excellent fruit, length and acid snap. I suppose the wine can age further by why wait as this is in a great place now. And Ken/Erica, while very tempting, don't think I'm ready for Aligote.
