One of my favourite Languedoc whites. Made in small quantities from old Rousanne and Rolle (vermentino) vines. Densely packed with fruit, minerals, and and plenty of acidity. One of the truly fine and hitherto fore relatively unknown jewels of the Languedoc! [incidentally I opened a bottle from the cellar two days later which wasn't half as good - was it the setting, bottle variation, or company?]

Jul 12th, 2015Au nez, des arômes d'agrumes (orange) et de fruits exotiques (mangue) se dégagent. En bouche, la rondeur de ce vin s'accompagne des mêmes arômes que ceux présents au nez et un peu de vanille. L'amertume est en revanche un peu trop présente, dommage...
