Somewhat grumpy when opened this morning. Another solid 2+ in the decanter helped while dinner cooked. Black cherry compote, Provençal herbs, crushed rocks, underbrush, licorice, white pepper, a kiss of something animal. Still closed but love the edgy texture the acid gives to this wine.
