Palate: very rich tannins, it's a "boom" of flavours in your mouth at the beginning, then something more delicate emerges. Black berries, smoky spices, plums. Loads of complexity and balance between sweetness, savoury, acidity. Very long finish of black fruit, gooseberry, plums.
