QPR is off the charts. Awesome wine. Best producer in Faugeres for sure, but maybe in all of Languedoc.

Strong but fresh, great with the steak at Shonzui.

Savage grace. If you want to take a walk on the wild side, but in the most elegant way possible, this is for you. Violets, animal, plums, cherries, dried herbs. Tannins firm but playing a supporting role. A pleasure to follow the evolution over an hour or two. It’s officially fall weather here in NYC so thoughts are turning to southern France...

Touch of brett blew off after a couple hours in a decanter. Smokey, dark fruit - plums and cassis- with nicely integrated tannins. This will be fantastic in a couple more years.
