@delectable Meursault 1er cru les Caillerets. Beautiful seashell Nose. Lovely chard richness. Oak is integrated but you can feel its impact at this point in its life. Nice acidity. Great juiciness. Long rich almost alive finish. Texture is creamy. This should be much better in 2-3 years. I killed it young for research. Bought from Fass Selections. Ok. After an hour this is sick. Nutty. Much more complex. Almost like it’s Spicy. Aromatic. Wow.
