Nov 11th, 2016Nose is quite bright with notes of honey, wax, peach, lemon curd and spice. The wines has lovely richness with waxy edge stone fruit tones. Missing the sense of minerality found in the domaine bottling but this is delightful to drink.

Jul 31st, 2016Ripe fruit tones of quince, pineapple and ripe apple that is supported by beeswax and a faint note of honey. The palate is rich and full with quince and apple fruit with a accent of hazelnut. Wine shows a lovely austerity and bitterness on the finish.
