Natural wine done right, and a welcome, elegant take on the appellation. Blue fruited and high toned on the nose, this has good intensity on the palate yet maintains refinement, and a crunchy edge. Earth driven, there is a ferrous, sanguine quality to the fruit, and this develops nice complexity with air. Stays clean, this avoids the typical natural wine pitfalls with air exposure. Great producer, lovely wine.
