On the nose: a touch of reduction to start that morphs into smoke, pure meyer lemon, lime, soft vanilla, and fantastic richness. On the palate, a touch of oaky bitterness, but excellent acidity, more meyer lemon, lime, loads of hi-toned mineral notes. Fnatastic density and good length.
