This is top notch Provence wine. All the exotic spices of Grenache but with a touch of wilderness as other tasters noted. Dense and concentrated but great minerality and freshness. This is fantastic for the price point but really deserves 8 to 10 years in bottle so you can have it at its best. Great stuff !!

Strawberry, leather. In terms of color this really hasn’t shown any age. Really dense color. Going to have my usual Saturday meal. Thick bone in pork chop. Grilling in the rain.
