Paired beautifully with lightly seared tuna steak and salad with lemon vinegerate. Umami!

Great value Chinon! Lovely fruit, dusty chalk and earthy tones, some green/herbal notes. Not overly complex, but a great easy Cab Franc.

Spicy, with a lot of earth tones. A really nice food wine.

Ripe and spicy, yet light without losing structure. Moderate acidity and tannins; no oak. Perhaps a bit hot even at 11.5%... possibly due to its pepperyness? Overall, delicious and drinkable. Paired with pumpkin empanadas.
