Clos du Noyer Chinon Cabernet Franc

Couleur intense, aromatique, prunes noires, terre noire de sous-bois, sec presque crayeux avec du corps, peu acide, même velouté dans ses tanins belle longueur soutenue mais pas excessivement longue.

So much green bell pepper on the nose. Tons of raspberry and grilled pepper. Medium plus tannins. Well balanced. Opened it up for my birthday and it was a total treat!

A really delightful wine. Took a little while to open up, I'd recommend decanting for the most pleasant ride. Slight tart in fruit, nice medium to dry finish.
