Clos de la Bussière Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Very pretty wine. Not the body of 2008 and not quite the energy, but delicious now.

Good but not as good as some of the other vintages I've had lately.

2007 vintage. So earthy and smoky compared to the 07 Chambolle Les Cras I had here last week which was silky and ethereal. But 07s are great to open now.

The boss' favorite. Can't think of any reason to disagree with her! Beautiful fruit, with surprising grape tannin. Old world summer, red raspberry and olive, encased by vibrant acidity. Superb

This goes down niiiiiice and easy. Some old vine intensity starting to show through.

Long and strong - very polished and wonderful with a tasting menu

2007. Tres bien

PURE. Basket of berries, particularly blueberries. Dried flowers and wild strawberries. Some wild herbs at first but it gradually blows off. Malt Chinese candy. Some sappiness with dry extract on the palate. Roumier and 2007 is just so pure and elegant.
