Very light on the nose. Lemon, green apple, slightly unripe white peach with a hint of creamy essence. Mouthwatering acidity. Medium finish. Very nice and enjoyable but not very complex.

Very drinkable light Sauvignon Blanc. Above average acidity for a Sancerre but not to the sometimes-excessive-level of a fresh NZ sav. Very refreshing for a warm summers evening... or an overheated winter NYC apartment.
