Needs a couple of days open for the brett-stink to settle down. Afterwards, it’s raspberry, wrapper leaf and an appropriate and savory Cab Franc stemminess. This may be something special in a few years.

Violets and bell pepper on the nose and on the palette. Light bodied with subtle tannins. Vibrant ruby hue. Slightly smoky quality. Not a huge fan of Cab Franc and this doesn’t change my mind even if it is a fine example of it.
