Full bodied, buttery and refreshing (when properly chilled), with high acidity.
Dry on the palate with green apples, limes, spices, oak, butter, salt, minerals and almonds.
Medium plus on the finish with bitter almonds.
A simple, yet refreshing French Sauvignon blanc.
Good food wine. I paired it with a Lemony salmon ceviche.
