Excellent wine to pair with dinner, especially chicken or gamey meats. Earthy and very drinkable.

Brambly nose with dried herbs. Good acidity but not very complex, as expected from a CdR.

Textbook CDR, Grenache. Syrah, mourvedre, cinsault. Had all the character bramble, sanguine, garrigue, sous Bois. You get the picture. Tasting great on the 3rd night after opening, when put back into the chiller.

Acidic on the nose. Very light, will likely improve significantly with age. Slight oaky flavor towards the back of the throat.

Deep purple core. Savory plum primary. Good length with dried herbs and light bite of a peppery finish. Med plus body and med acidity. Warm enjoyable alcohol and tannins. Really enjoyed this on cool April night.
