Pretty complex for an IGT Chenin.
Honey and white fruits. The acidity keeps it light with the high alcohol. Very nicely balanced.

Crisp and refreshing. Sour and tart. But it grows on you. Green apples. Tastes kind of like a pear cider with lots of aroma.
