Very clean and pure aroma and flavors. Typical of Sancerre, it’s less pungent than a Marlborough Sauvignon but still varietals correct. Lovely lemon, gooseberry, grapefruit, passion fruit, green apple and lots of wet stone minerality. Bracing acidity and just 12.5% abv. Long finish - this is a great value for Sancerre these days
