Jura with a little Basque personality. Quite a tasty treat.

50/50 Chardonnay and Savagnin. Opens with pleasant autolytic/lemon pastry notes, finishes salty, oxidative and mineral.

Fun. Easy drinking. Very cider like and clean.

I like the Jura funkiness!

Wine maker likes clash replaced the guitar with a wine bottle in the photo . Excellent wine, super refreshing. Great citrus, pear and granny Apple notes. Crisp bubbles and really long finish (high acid)
