I do not drink a lot of wine from this area of France. That being said, I was amazed that the fruit and tanins were still in balance after 28 years !
it needed a long decant to open up. it was a treat, and a pleasure to drink.

En magnum. Cabernet really shows out, the Syrah is more redfruited and subtle, actually quite youthful still, with 10-20 years easily of evolution ahead (at least in mag), lovely!!
