Dry, almost Chablis like. But with some funk and saline on the nose. Would be great w/ buttery pasta or shellfish.

Interesting wine from the Loire Valley. The grape is Romorantin, but could be mistaken for Chardonnay, if tasted blind. Nice structure and minerality.

Acid, mineral, lemon. Would pair well with a citrus/white fish. Didn't enjoy this on its own.
