Nose of chilled ripe pineapple, marshmallow colada. The ambrosia each sips offers blends peach, coconut and lime peel. I've had man wines from Languedoc and this lovely little tart offers every floral symphony, bite and balance I expect from this region. Better served on the porch with friends instead of with food.
