100% Skin Fermented, Amphora aged Chardonnay from the Loire. Strange and oddly delicious at the same time.
Bouquet of baked apples and pears and fresh cinnamon. Also a bit of baked lemon and fresh herbs. The oxidative quality continues across the palate with baked apples and lemons. Did I mention it is also Biodynamic?
