From a good looking bottle with a 4.5 cm fill. Tawny color, light and translucent. Crazy nose with notes of sweet fruit, raspberries, rhubarb, Asian spice, roses and some salt. Great balance. Awesome right out of the gate until the last pour 9 hours later. BDay dinner 8/12.

The 76 RSV is one of the best bottles I've ever had from my birth year. Goes to show what great viticulture and winemaking can do even in challenging vintages. Not at all fragile- quite the opposite- singing. Or rather, dancing it off with the Grands Echezeaux.
