Pintail and Widgeon pairing. Arguably not fully mature, but any transformation in the future did not appear to be revelatory.

Grand Vin - and proud they should be. A lovey burg. Dark fruit and lovey perfumes aroma on the nose. A hint or tobacco and hint on tar on the palate - maybe even a soupçon of chocolate at the tail end of a long elegant finish.

A lovely Burg. Early in the window. But drinking well. Hints of berry jam and hyssop on the nose. Vibrant and fruity on the palate. Good acidity and Tannins make it a lovely and well structured drink. Long finish. Beauty.
